After three years of strained work, we have succeeded in selling and installing first five large steam sterilizers on the Columbian market. They have been installed in the greatest hospital in Columbia - Hospital Universitario del Valle (H.U.V.)
The hospital has built a new central sterilization department which has not been furnished yet. BMT provided for turn-key central sterilization, i.e. it supplied not only the steam sterilizers but also the washers, air-conditioning and all accessories. The new central sterilization department was inaugurated on 8 July, 2011. Columbia (and of course Brazil as well) belongs to the most quickly developing South American countries. The hospital serves already as a very important reference site for the whole South America and we hope we will continue our successful gaining of this great market.
